Our garment factories are certified independently as having passed ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management certification and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management certification.
In a recent audit by Lloyds Quality Assurance we excelled.
Our bag factories are managed by the same team and to the same high standards.
About our Workshops
At Innocent Bags we are extremely proud of the excellent working conditions our employees are provided.
Our workshops are fitted with air conditioning and are kept very clean and tidy.
Quality Control Procedures
To ensure that we maintain our high standards of quality control we have standardized procedures in place.
From choice of material, cutting, sewing and finishing our workers follow standardized procedures.
We also have inspectors who check products piece by piece.
Needle Policy
All broken needles must be handed in before replacement needles are issued.
A detailed log of all exchange needles is kept.
Health and Safety Regulations
Our workshops and warehousing areas are fully alarmed. They benefit from direct connection to the relevant authorities.
Fire extinguishers are in place though out our buildings and emergency exits are clearly signed.
First aid boxes are available throughout.
All employees must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when appropriate
Canteen and Accommodation
All of the staff in our factories benefit from free meals.
For those who live in remote areas, we provide free accommodation too.
Our newly built, state of the art accommodation facilities provide an excellent standard of living with air conditioning and entertainment facilities.

We promote our ethical & environmental principles through our supply chain and encourage our suppliers to work towards those same principles.
